Marshmallows. The Making.

This is now happening. Powdered sugar, gelatin mix, cornstarch is being prepared. Stuff is getting mixed and buzzed in the food processor. Sugar syrup is being cooked. Didi is supposed to be around whenever there is fire. But otherwise, we're on our own.

After 5 (or was it 7) hours or so, the mix that had gone into the fridge came out, and then, was cut into cute little shapes.

Anybody for a marshmallow party?
