No Covid deaths due to lack of Oxygen during the second wave (as reported by the states). And since it is a state subject, the centre is simply a naive postman just doing their job and delivering the simple message. Of course, it goes without saying that such (alleged?) deaths mainly occurred in UP, which is a model state run by the saintly Yogi. So, naturally, there was never a pandemic there, leave alone any deaths, and surely not deaths due to a shortage of Oxygen. How silly of you to ask? Can't you see we have no data on it, and since we are such a data-driven government (just don't ask us about employment or GDP figures), we have to go with whatever the data says without making any judgement calls.

Ah, right then. All we need now is a Ministry of Truth.

We already have a Ministry of Peace headed by Kapil Mishra, a Ministry of Love headed by Motabhai, and a Ministry of Plenty headed by Nostrilamma.

But he is already handling all this truth for so long. Isn't it time we got a dedicated ministry for it? After all, अतेला मोदी त्या-त्या तलेगा?
