Calendar needed.

Last century and early in this one in India, every regular service and product provider had a card. We had a card we (or the vendor, or both) had to sign for milk, and one for cable tv, and one for school fees, and one for books checked out from a library, and one for the grocery we bought at the local Kirana shop, one for the water filter maintenance and the pest control, and so on.

It was easy to keep track as to who provided, or failed to provide what, when, and at what price. It was used not just to calculate the monthly fees, but also to keep track of anomalies, like if the water purifier maintenance person did not do a good job, and so on.

In 2021, when we are educating our daughter online as well as offline, where each of the service providers (teachers and educational institutes we have engaged to provide the teachers) has a different time (for example, the Hindi class by a specific teacher is 0930h to 1030h IST on Tuesdays and Fridays, in addition to which the same teacher is also taking the English session from 1330h to 1430h IST on Wednesdays and Fridays) on a different day, and we envisage going forward that this timing and place in the schedule may change, holidays and vacations may occur, power or network outages may happen, some classes may be shuffled, or be removed altogether, or at times, adjusted against some other subject session, and so on, with dozens of permutations and combinations of how this calendar will shape-shift, we need a way to track this, not just to keep records for our own sake, but also for fees payment and follow up.

We are searching for an app or program (even if paid) that can help us keep track of this in a way that everyone involved can see clearly what happened, when, and by whom. It can be something that both, the teacher and the student's parents (us) can mark attendance and write notes or remarks (private, which only they can see, as well as those that can be shared with that teacher), without other teachers being able to see schedules and classes not concerning them.

Any reasonable suggestions will be welcome. If someone wants to create such a program for our use, I'd love to commission it and pay a reasonable price for it.
