Why single out smoking?

I cannot understand this insistence on putting up a disclaimer for every smoking scene. It is art. It imitates life. It represents what you already see around you. More importantly, it has so many things that you ought not to do: murder, rape, child abuse, violence, abusive behaviour, cheating, corruption, drug abuse, fraud, lying, stealing, and all kinds of unethical and immoral, even illegal stuff.

How many disclaimers are you going to put?

And why single out smoking?
